As much as I dislike all the price increases in our world lately, I too have found it necessary to make an adjustment to my prices as of October 1st. Increases in rent, supplies, equipment and other business-associated costs make this the first time I have had to increase my prices since Harmony Integrative Bodywork opened in 2019. During that time, I have invested in my professional development and upgraded all of my equipment.

Here are my new prices effective 10/01/23:
- 45 minutes $80
- 60 minutes $100
- 75 minutes $115
- 90 minutes $125
*Take advantage of the Loyalty Discount – receive $5.00 off your next session when you rebook your next session at the end of the appointment (discount given at the next session).
*Prepaid packages are also a great way to add value to your sessions if that works better for your budget (must be paid upfront and you have 6 months to use the sessions):
- Package of 3 60-minute sessions: $270 ($10 off each session)
- Package of 3 75-minute sessions: $315 ($10 off each session)

In other news, I will be wrapping up my 7 months of chakra exploration this month by sharing ways to integrate all of the chakras in one practice. I also offer Chakra Clearing as part of your Integrative Bodywork session so if you’re interested, let me know!
I have also been feeling called to explore and honor the lineage(s) of the modalities I offer (and even the land I practice on), so will be diving deeper into those in the next couple of months with some blog posts. Teachers are special people, and we are blessed to have them passing along their wisdom, knowledge, and experience so that we can continue on with the work.
