Happy Full Snow Moon in Leo! I hope everyone is staying warm as we move through winter, don’t forget to keep hibernating and planting those winter seeds. Rest, restore, rejuvenate so you’re ready for spring when it arrives.
I’ve been having fun playing with oils and scents with clients, and wanted to highlight my own spray mists tailor-made for Harmony Integrative Bodywork from high-quality essential oils by local herbalist Julie Todd ($11). This month in my chair yoga classes (come join me if you’re 60 or older at the Haverhill Citizen Center!), I’m exploring the Sacral Chakra. The color is usually orange, and the energy center is located about 2″ below the belly button. It is the center of creativity, all of our senses, and a simple affirmation to use is “I Feel” (inhale on “I” and exhale on “Feel”). We can also get the energy going by moving our hips, especially dancing!
