Did you know that the tilt of your feet on the ground (inward/outward, eversion/inversion, supinate/pronate) can have an effect on your entire body? If you tend in one direction, it can shorten muscles on one side and lengthen on the other, leading to compensation even up into the hips/shoulders/neck.
