Happy Holiday season! A friendly reminder to look after your own self care if this is a busy season for you. Breathing 3 deep breaths here and there, grounding yourself, and staying present to enjoy this present moment can help keep us calm and able to savor the joys of whatever makes you happy this time of year. And of course, if you’re feeling tired and ready to go to bed at 8 p.m., no one will judge you for listening to your body! Nature wants us to hibernate in the winter season.
