Self Care and Episode 2, Exploring Your Intuition

Hello friends, happy February!

I hope your self-care is going well.  I’ve been journaling every day since January 1st for 22 minutes (in honor of “22 in ’22“), and it has been more challenging than I was anticipating!  However, it has helped me to dive deeper into my thoughts and patterns, and to see places where I would normally go off track and continue down the “not in my highest interest” road, and instead be able to bring myself back to my healthy practices!  (Valentine’s chocolate, I’m looking at you).  What are your current self-care practices?
